We do not recognize the device (computer, tablet, phone) you are using to log in.

We do this by sending a six-digit security code to the email address or mobile device we have on file for rebecca43. Please select how you would like to receive your security code below (email or text). Then, click the Generate Security Code button. The code will be sent to the method selected.

If this email address or mobile number is no longer valid, or you are having username issues, a completed and notarized affidavit of identity is required. The completed form should be emailed to NC.Retirement@nctreasurer.com with AOI in the subject line and this will be processed and confirmed by email within three days of receipt.

Steps to verify your security code.

  1. Select the preferred method (email or text message) to receive your security code.
  2. Click the Generate Security Code button. A new page will open where you can enter the six-digit code.
  3. Check your email or text message to retrieve the security code.
  4. Enter the six-digit security code in the security code field shown on the page in Step 2.
  5. Click the Verify Security Code button.
